Characteristic：
The kit provides a fast, simple means of purification of a small amount of DNA. Kit using nano-magnetic purification technology, with the exception of the sample treatment process, no centrifugation, full operation can be completed within 30 minutes. From 1 ~ 3 ml overnight culture of E. coli LB (Luria-Bertani) culture medium purified from 1 ~ 35 μg of high purity plasmid DNA, purified plasmid DNA can be directly used for DNA sequence analysis and enzymatic reactions.
